IMPORTANT INFO/FAQ:
All of the below was decided by DAO vote and can change by DAO vote:
- “Insider” wallets have been removed.
- Vested Balances will NOT show up or “magically appear” unless it is being automatically distributed and you have claimed your vested balance. What is not being distributed is held in a vault.
- This means: if it is decided to not release the entire vested balance over a single period of time (i.e. we release 5% of it over 6 months) — you will only see 5% of your allocation in your vested balance when the distribution starts.
(Seeing the total would be a nice feature — but not a development priority at all — if the majority of members participated by voting and treated FATE as a governance token, not an investment with its own value — maybe…)
We understand this — and respect it — which is why we have proposed a Members’ Board where elected members can receive delegated voting rights. This is up to members to create — the lead team will assist (we are members too) but the priority is developing FxD to add value to membership.
- Proposals will be posted on several decisions required to create the distribution amounts and timing (and other matters related to this topic) — no distribution or vested balance amounts will occur prior to this.

For simplicity — the calculation used to determine a wallet’s % allocation is:
Total FATE in wallet + Epoch 0 Rewards + Epoch 1 Rewards
= TOTAL per Wallet
% of Wallet Allocation = TOTAL FATE per Wallet / Sum totals for all wallets
Amount of FATE(m) per wallet = % of Wallet allocation (x) Allocation.
Total FATE in wallet = (Balance in a wallet when rewards were turned off on FATExDEX.io on Harmony)
